Departure:
We would like to have sufficient time to inspect the holiday homes, so we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you have ordered a final cleaning service, we ask you to vacate the holiday home by 10:00 am. For clarity, please note that the final cleaning service exclusively covers cleaning - the tenant is responsible for tidying up. The refrigerator and dishwasher must also be emptied.
Allergy:
In holiday homes where pets are not allowed, we cannot guarantee that pets have never been in the house before.
Arrival:
To ensure that your house is ready for occupancy, we ask for your understanding that the key handover can only take place from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Construction noise:
It may happen that construction noise can be heard near the rented holiday home. Feriehusudlejning v/ Britta Munch cannot know in advance if, when, and where construction or renovation will take place and therefore cannot be held responsible for it.
Bed linen:
Bed linen can be ordered in advance from us. The ordered linen will be handed out upon arrival and must be returned to the office upon departure.
Payment:
The first installment (30%) is due immediately upon receipt of the rental agreement. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 30 days before the start of the contract. For bookings with arrival within 30 days, the total amount is paid in the 1st installment.
Electric car:
You are NOT allowed to charge the hybrid and electric car at the house network, as this can cause fires. If it is possible to charge by the holiday home, it will be specified in the house information.
Electricity:
All holiday homes have 220V power connection.
Distances:
All distances are given as the crow flies and to the best of our knowledge with reservation.
Garden grill:
A grill is not included in the standard equipment in the holiday homes. If a grill is available, it is a free service provided by the owner. Therefore, cleaning the grill is not part of our final cleaning. Feriehusudlejning v/ Britta Munch is therefore not responsible for the condition of an existing garden grill.
Garden furniture:
In most holiday homes, garden furniture such as tables and chairs are available. We ask our guests to take the cushions for the garden furniture and the parasol inside the house or under cover at night and in rainy weather.
Guests:
Please note that no more persons than indicated in the description may live/stay in the rented house. It is also not allowed to set up tents on the rented house property or to park caravans or motorhomes.
Dog and cat:
It goes without saying that before departure, thorough cleaning of the house must be carried out, and any "leftovers" on the property must be removed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. The tenant alone is responsible for any damage caused by a pet. If cleaning is ordered, this costs DKK 300 extra if you have a dog or cat with you, this must be paid on departure.
Even if the house description states that pets are not allowed, we cannot guarantee that pets have never been in the house before.
There are houses where a small dog is allowed, from small breeds up to max 40 cm.
Insects:
Neither the owner nor Feriehusudlejning v/ Britta Munch can be held responsible if insects are found in or around the house. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Internet:
Many houses have a free internet connection. Feriehusudlejning v/ Britta Munch cannot be held liable for outages.
Fireplace:
If firewood is stored at the house, this belongs to the owner and may not be used unless expressly stated. We ask you to remove the ashes from the fireplace before departure and to clean the fireplace, if it has been used.
Cribs and high chairs:
In some houses, there are cribs and high chairs, as stated in the house description on the webpage. It can be ordered from us. Please order in advance so that we are sure to have it. It must be picked up and returned to our store.

Additional costs:
In addition to the rent, there are also additional costs.
Electricity consumption is usually billed based on meter reading.
Water consumption can be billed in 2 ways: In houses with a water meter, it is billed according to consumption; if there is no water meter, it is paid per week.
Some houses also have oil heating, which is to be payed according to consumption.
Number of persons:
Please note that no more persons than indicated in the house description may live in the house. Children under 2 years of age is excluded from the count. It is not allowed to set up tents, caravans, or motorhomes on the property.
Lawn mowing
Mowing the lawn is done on any day of the week, even if the holiday home is rented out. For practical reasons (weather conditions), it is unfortunately not possible to inform the tenant in advance when the lawn will be mowed.
Smoking:
All holiday homes are non-smoking, so smoking is not allowed in the house. We ask you to respect this wish of the owner. Even if smoking is not allowed, we cannot guarantee that smoking has never occurred in the house before. Smoking in the holiday home will be fined.
Cleaning:
You can book final cleaning from us at any time. In this case, we ask you to do this no later than Tuesday before departure so that we can plan accordingly. If no final cleaning is booked, we expect the holiday home to be left in the same condition as you found it upon arrival.
The house must be left as it was received, the furniture must be as it was when you came, and all decorative items must be left in their respective places.
If cleaning is booked, additional cost of DKK 300 will be added if there was a pet in the house.
Satelite dish:
If a satellite system is installed, it will be stated on the website under house information. This means that you can also receive German and other foreign-language programs.
Sleeping loft:
If a so-called sleeping loft is specified in the house description, it can only be reached via a steep staircase or ladder. Therefore, these sleeping places are not suitable for small children or elderly people. In rare cases, the sleeping loft is shielded. From the sleeping loft to the ceiling, there are often only 70 - 110 cm, so you cannot stand upright. The loft is usually equipped with foam mattresses.
Snow:
It cannot be assumed that snow will be cleared at the holiday home. In extreme cases, this may mean that you can only reach the house on foot. Neither the owner nor Feriehusudlejning v/Britta Munch can be held responsible for this - nor is a subsequent price reduction or similar possible.
Washing machines, dryers, dishwashers etc.
Many holiday homes have washing machines, dryers, and/or dishwashers as part of the equipment. If malfunctions occur, a repair cannot be guaranteed on weekends or in the evening. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
