Rental conditions

Rental agreement:

The rental agreement confirms the rental agreement made between the tenant and Feriehusudlejning v/ Britta Munch. The rental agreement is binding and refers to the holiday home as described on the website/in the catalog. The rental property may only be occupied by the number of persons (over 2 years old) as listed in the rental agreement. Tents or caravans may not be pitched on the property. The rental period begins on the day of arrival from 3:00 pm and lasts until the day of departure at 11:00 am, but only until 10:00 am if you have ordered a final cleaning or if it is indicated as obligatory.

Heating of the holiday home:

It is expected that the holiday home is heated so that the house is warm upon arrival. The meter reading starts with the activation of the heating and is therefore at the expense of the tenant.

Cleaning:

The cleaning of the rental property before vacating is the responsibility of the tenant. The holiday home must be handed over in the condition it was received. Any necessary cleaning upon departure may be carried out at the expense of the tenant. A final cleaning can be ordered from Feriehusudlejning v/ Britta Munch no later than Wednesday before departure for a fee, which must be paid upon departure.

The house must be left as received, the furniture must remain as originally placed, and all decorative items must be displayed.

If cleaning is ordered and the rental period is 3 weeks or more, an additional payment of DKK 300.00 is charged in addition to the cleaning price.

If cleaning is ordered, it costs DKK 200,- extra if you have a dog or cat with you.

Terms of payment:

1st installment: 30% of the rental price is as specified in the rental agreement.

2nd installment: The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before the start of the rental period.

If the rental agreement is concluded later than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the entire rental amount is due for payment immediately upon receipt of the rental agreement. All prices are exclusive of costs for electricity, heating, water. These services are billed separately - however, water is billed through the rental voucher in houses without a water meter.

Dog and cat:

It goes without saying that thorough cleaning of the house and removal of any "leftovers" from the property is necessary before departure. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. The tenant alone is liable for any damages caused by a pet. If cleaning is ordered, it costs DKK 200,- extra if you have a dog or cat with you, which must be paid upon departure.

Even if the house description states that pets are not allowed, we cannot guarantee that pets have never been in the house before.

There are houses where a small dog is allowed, maximum height of 40 cm.

Insects:

Neither the house owner nor Feriehusudlejning v/ Britta Munch can be held responsible if insects are present in or around the house. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Cancellation:

1st installment must be paid no later than 14 days after ordering, unless otherwise agreed. This amount will only be refunded in case of cancellation if the house is re-rented during the same period (see below).

2nd installment must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period. This amount will only be refunded in case of cancellation if the house is re-rented during the same period. (see below).

If the house is re-rented, the rental amount minus a cancellation fee of DKK 400.00 will be refunded.

The cancellation must be made directly to us and confirmed by us. The rental agreement can be transferred to a third party. The condition is that this is communicated to the house owner in writing and the rental agreement is addressed to the name of the third party before the start of the rental period. Started rental agreements and booking fees will not be refunded.

Booking fee: 

The booking fee is DKK 99,- and will not be refunded upon cancellation.

Cancellation due to illness:

We recommend taking out your own cancellation insurance with an insurer of your choice, as we cannot provide relief/refunds for cancellations due to, for example, health reasons.

We reserve the right to make printing errors or errors on the website.
